Collaboration

As data science and computation reshape biomedical discovery, CCB’s multidisciplinary team of experts is dedicated to supporting the trailblazing research at Harvard Medical School.

While open to a wide range of collaboration pathways, our primary support methods include Project Collaboration, Educational Resources, and Tool & Technology Development.

To highlight some examples of our collaborative work: we created a searchable relational database of C. elegans strains and developed an HMS-wide tool for analyzing single-cell RNA seq datasets.
