Our mission is to leverage data and computation to transform research and improve health.

The Center for Computational Biomedicine (CCB) was created to identify and strengthen the synergies among data science efforts across Harvard.

We support our aim through Project Collaboration, Education, and the development of Tools and Technologies.

  • We collaborate on projects to provide data science and computational expertise in support of the innovative work across Harvard.
  • We curate educational resources for the growing computational, bioinformatic and statistical needs of graduate students, postdocs, faculty, and research staff.
  • We develop tools and technologies that broadly support our mission of transforming research and improving health
