Cellenics Workshop

May 8 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Join us virtually to learn about Cellenics, a user-friendly web application for exploring your single-cell RNAseq data.

Designed with wet-lab biologists in mind, Cellenics was developed by Dr. Peter Kharchenko (HMS, DBMI) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of bioinformaticians and software engineers. The tool provides automatic data processing, pre-loaded interactive plots, a point-and-click interface to fully explore your data, and the option to customize and export publication-quality figures.

This workshop is for Research Staff, Faculty, Postdocs, and Grad Students interested in analyzing single-cell RNA-seq data without help from a bioinformatician. During the hands-on experience with a demo dataset, attendees are welcome to ask questions and provide feedback directly to the Cellenics team. Particularly designed for those:

  • Planning to do a single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) experiment.
  • Interested in exploring scRNA-seq data on their own. This could be a dataset generated in-lab or publicly available.
  • Needing help with data management of a large scRNA-seq dataset.
