Project Description
CCB worked with Dr. Gibbs’ lab to help process, explore, and analyze relationship between psychosocial and demographic variables and cytokine assays to quantify which features associate with pain resolution. This project involved data cleaning as appropriate, followed by visualization, modeling, and discussion of the metadata and cytokine data provided.
