Project Description
CCB worked with CCB’s first Bisconti awardee, Dr. Ming-Ru Wu and his lab, to 1) integrate databases providing information on TF activity into novel machine-learning approaches to generate and optimize synthetic promoters used as tumor sensors for precise cancer targeting; 2) develop a platform for visualizing optimized promoters; and 3) build a searchable website for the community to access and perform queries for cancer-specific promoters.
