Posit Connect (formerly RStudio Connect) will be presenting an overview of workflows with R, R Markdown, Flexdashboard, and Shiny. This short course will provide an introduction to flexible and powerful tools for statistical analysis, reproducible research and interactive visualizations. This session will provide an overview of how to build R Markdown and Shiny applications and publish these products to Connect. The workshop will leverage workflows in Posit Connect including parameterized reporting, publishing from git-back content, scheduled jobs, and custom emails.
