This workshop introduces general principles in image processing and analysis, as well as practical implementations in ImageJ/Fiji. If you are already somewhat advanced (you code your own workflows), this level is perhaps not for you. You will need a laptop with a decent size screen and admin privileges in order to participate. Topics covered include:

•  Introduction to digital image analysis, w. focus on bio-images
•  Enhancing images
•  Making measurements
•  Image ethics & reproducibility
•  Recording and modifying simple macros
•  Topic you vote on in advance (deep learning, co-localisation, tracking, …)
